This monthly service is made for businesses that need reliable creative support without the last-minute panic of finding a designer every time something pops up. You’ll have consistent help, quicker turnarounds, and someone who already gets your brand, without the cost or chaos of bringing someone in-house.

Good creative work takes consistency. There is a minimum of 3 months commitment, which gives us time to find our rhythm, build momentum, and create work that actually makes an

Want to build a brand identity, logo or website?
Your monthly retainer gives you ongoing creative support for regular design, content and marketing needs. However, larger foundational projects such as a new website, logo design or full brand identity require a deeper strategy, setup and development process.
When a larger project is completed within your retainer, we prioritise the main build upfront, usually within the first 4–6 weeks. After that, the remaining retainer time is used to roll it out properly across your brand, whether that means updating assets, creating launch content, refining your website, building templates or supporting the next creative tasks that come with it.
This gives you the best of both worlds: a major project completed with focus, plus the ongoing support to actually implement it properly across your business.

No problem! I can reallocate your hours to be rolled over to the next month.
No stress. Additional work outside your monthly retainer hours can absolutely be accommodated where availability permits and will simply be billed at The Grae Room’s standard hourly rate of $100 AUD per hour. If you’re consistently running over your hours, it may also be a sign that it’s time to level up your retainer plan.
Everything is managed through Notion. You’ll have a shared space where you can submit tasks, view project progress, track your remaining hours, leave feedback, and keep everything organised in one place without the endless email chains.
More than you’d think. We plan ahead, work fast, and keep things moving, no fluff, just solid creative output each week. What we tackle depends on the size and scope of your tasks and your priorities. One week might be a bigger project like packaging assets, another might be five smaller deliverables like social tiles. It all comes down to what’s most valuable for your brand right now.
